三 | 方法依托原位电离—高分辨质谱检测技术，搭配化学计量学算法建立精准鉴别模型，检测速度快、判别准确率高，可实现批量样品快速筛查，为打击酱香型白酒掺杂掺假行为提供了坚实技术保障。　　下一步，各地市场监管部门将进一步加大生产、流通全链条监管执法力度，加快检验方法应用，严厉查处酱香型白酒违法添加行为，督促酒类生产经营单位严格落实食品安全主体责任，促进我国白酒产业高质量发展。
