三 | 落实落细各项助企纾困措施，大力支持园区循环化产业发展，以省、市相关支持政策为抓手，制定切实可行的园区支持废钢、废旧铅酸电池回收再利用等循环产业发展政策，持续完善同石化公司、东北化销和东北燃料油公司的沟通机制，多措并举帮助园区企业解决原料、蒸汽供应等需求，提升经营效益，坚定企业发展信心。
